We are an Elder ran church, our elders are;
Elder- Steve Howell
Steve is husband to Susan Howell and is the father of five grown children and many grandchildren. Steve serves as the principal elder and along with his wife Susan, has been serving the Lord faithfully for many years. Steve brings a very mature oversight to the Texas House of Prayer and we are very thankful to be in relationship with he and Susan.

Elder- Jason Tate
I am the husband of the beautiful Kaiti Tate and father of eight, yes you read that right, eight- beautiful, goofy, smart, fun, energetic, and sometimes trying children. My children at the at the time of writing this range from fifteen years old and younger. (Yes, we own a t.v. and yes we know what causes this! Ha!)
I enjoy doing most all things outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. It is a pleasure taking my children on any and all adventures. Many men love to get away without their kiddos and I must admit I occasionally do too, but I enjoy it more when they can go with me and we can partake in these adventures together.
The most important aspect of who I am though is that I am a believer in Jesus Christ and I am thankful that He calls me friend. I serve as an overseer at Texas House of Prayer in Alvarado, a little town south of Fort Worth. I love seeing people come into the knowledge of all that God has done for them in Christ.

Deacon- Dustin Lewis

I am married to Stephanie, and we have 5 children together.  Caleb (18), Brenna (13), Mitchell (10), Raylan (7), and Cashel (3).  I enjoy cooking, working out, hunting/fishing, card games, and playing with our children.

I have been a believer all my life, but in more recent years I have grown more in the Lord than ever before, walking more consistently and attentively to His Word.

I know that I am not complete, but I also know the more I truly desire Him and am faithfully obedient to what He desires and asks of me, my growth and maturity will continue.

My hope is that all believers realize this so The Church of Jesus can truly be all He called it to be – United in Him in His truth.
